Check-in time?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is at 6 a.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 12 pm. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll our best to satisfy your needs.

Yes, free Breakfast is offered to all guests staying at the hotel.

 Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after .We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, which is located around 10 km away.

Which is the nearest train station?

The nearest railway station is Cantt Station in Karachi which is only 2 km away from the hotel

 Is Pick & drop service available from the airport?

Yes, this service is available on request. When booking this service, please state the flight number for your arrival and/or departure and the relevant times. There is no cost for this service when you book your stay at least 6 days.

Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?

Yes, you can rent a car either through the hotel or from one of the local car-rental specialists with which we have special agreements in place.

Is room service available? If so, at what times?

Room service is available 24 hrs.

What is the difference between a tripple, twin and a double room?

A tripple room has 3 single beds, twin room has two single beds, whereas a double room has one double bed.

What is your Payment Policy?

For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid credit/debit card or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the time of hotel check in, we will need a written authorization send by the credit/debit card holder with a copy of his card and a copy of his/her ID.  The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not received the authorization before his arrival.

For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay cash or by a credit/debit card such as VISA, MasterCard or Union pay.

The property does not accept American Express cards as a form of payment.

What is your payment cancellation policy ?

All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. Please contact the hotel to have more information.

Credit/Debit card prepaid reservations cannot be cancelled or modified and are non-refundable.

Government rules & regulation for Check in.

Important Information:
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are CNIC, Drivers License, Passport, Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

All foreign nationals need to provide their passports with valid visa upon check in.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

All Pakistani couples need to provide valid identification card (as a proof of marriage) upon check in.

The Hotel Crown Inn reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
